vegetable oil 3/8  cups
garlic powder 1 1/2  tsp.
black beans, canned, rinsed, drained 96 oz. 19  cups
small white beans, canned, rinsed, drained 96 oz. 18  cups
whole kernel corn, canned, rinsed, drained 48 oz. cups
green bell pepper, chopped 32 oz. cups
onion, chopped 18 oz. cups
1. Mix all ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

CCP: Hold at 40ºF. or lower. 

2. To Serve: Portion 1/2 cup onto serving plate. Serve immediately.
